Saturday and Sunday orders are processed on Monday!
Absolutely NO refunds! We do not accept returns, every cup is made to order! Although we will gladly help with any issues.
There are currently delays due to COVID 19, USPS is moving slower than usual with scanning in items. Please be sure to enter the correct shipping information we are NOT responsible for your incorrect mailing address if one was entered. We are not to be held responsible for lost, or damaged packages. Your packages is turned over to USPS once they pick up your package. Please take any issues that may occur with them, since those issues are out of our control. We can try to assist as best as we can.
Canceling An Order
No Cancellations are allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Changes must be emailed to us within 24 hours of order date. Once received, we will send an email with the changes so that customers can review changes and correct if needed.
If changes are correct, please respond confirming said changes. Without confirmation, we cannot make the changes. We love to make sure that all orders meet customer expectations.

Creating is priority, reaching out prolongs an order from shipping therefore if a name option is selected but a name isn't written in the notes with name color we will use the name that is on the order.
Hand wash only with light soap and cold water. Do not scrub the design or soak your cup. Do not microwave or use in dish washer. Please remember that these cups are handmade and need to be treated with care!
